Mary Potter Hospice Update

Due for completion in September 2021, Mary Potter Hospice is currently in construction. Te Ara o Puanga, provides apartments adjacent to the Hospice building in Newtown. Work on the site is progressing quickly. The outside is currently being clad. Internally plumbing and electrical work is underway and the gibbing is being finished.

Due to be completed in November 2021, M² Apartments for client developer Vicinity are located on 28 Martin Square. Found fust off Taranaki Street, the 20 mezzanine style apartments, are near the heart of Wellington City, whilst also close to Pukeahu Park. At present, the concrete panels are being erected, the roof is under construction and the main exterior structure is nearly complete.
